If you have a lot of files on your Mac and you haven’t yet discovered Quick Look, you’re in for a pleasant surprise. Especially if you didn’t give each file a unique name that tells you exactly what the file is about! Instead of opening those files you need to identify, and waiting patiently for the file’s application to launch, Quick Look allows you to take — well, a quick look —at what’s in that file. For those of us whose Macs may be a little older and running more slowly, this is a great feature to know and get in the habit of using.
